AMRAP 3 Minutes

2 Rounds:

  • 10 Overhead Squats (95# / 65#)
  • 10 C2B Pull-ups

If the athlete completes all 40 reps before the time cap, they will rest until the three minutes is up before beginning the next segment. In the second segment, minute 3 to minute 6, the athlete will attempt two rounds of 12. If the athlete completes all 48 reps before the time cap they will rest until the six minutes is up before beginning the next segment. The athlete will continue this pattern (i.e. two rounds of 14 reps in minutes 6-9; two rounds of 16 reps in minutes 9-12) until they can no longer complete two full rounds.
